My Order Shows Delivered But I Haven't Received It

Why Wait 4 Days?

Tracking issues often resolve themselves:

What to Do First:

Day 1-4:

  2. Ask neighbors if they received it by mistake

  4. Look for a delivery notice or "safe spot" delivery
  5. Check your mailbox or parcel locker if applicable

After 4 Days:
If you still haven't received your package and tracking shows delivered:

  • Have your order number ready
  • We'll work with you to find a solution
